Delete your Tuvora account
These instructions cover Tuvora TV, Tuvora mobile, Tuvora Desktop, and the Tuvora web account service (developer: Tuvora / paradox-kush).
Delete on the website (fastest)
- Sign in at tuvora.co/account.
- Open Account → Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. No email or other request is needed.
The account and active synced records are removed promptly. This cannot be undone.
Or delete from inside the app
- Open a Tuvora app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
What account deletion removes
- The account, email, authentication credentials, sessions, and device-link records.
- Synced profiles, watch progress and history, library, collections, preferences, followed sports, addons, plugins, and recommendation events linked to the account.
- Synced playlist configurations and connected-service credentials or tokens, including Xtream, Stalker, M3U, and supported account integrations.
Data not automatically located by email
Optional product and reliability diagnostics use a random installation identifier and are not identified with your Tuvora email or account ID. Account deletion therefore may not locate those pseudonymous records. They remain subject to the retention limits in the privacy policy. Limited security logs, legal records, or backup copies may also remain until their normal retention period expires where permitted or required by law.
Account deletion does not erase data held independently by playlist, media, Trakt, Simkl, debrid, subtitle, addon, or plugin providers. Contact those providers directly.
